Dr. Bernard Walker

Bernard Walker is an Associate Professor of Leadership and Organizational Studies at the University of Canterbury, NZ.

His research and teaching focuses on the role of Leadership, creating organisations with the capacities needed for resilience, innovation and agility in an environment of rapid change and disruption. He is co-editor of a regional journal focusing on work and employment and is known for his work co-leading high profile interdisciplinary research, including the major “Building Resilient Infrastructure” project addressing the disaster-resilience of lifeline organisations.
